Granite Real Estate is a small real estate agency owned by broker Brady Hill and located in Peru, Vermont, the town known for its small population and for its contribution to the movie Baby Boom. (The house that Diane Keaton purchased in Vermont in the movie wasn’t located in Hadleyville. It was located in Peru.*)
The business made its humble beginnings in a small office in Brady's Vermont home. Over the past 15 years Granite has established its roots in the Vermont community, growing through word-of-mouth and local listings into a thriving small business with now 6 eager and talented real estate agents.
